Each of our guests is welcome to join us for a free sailing excursion aboard our 34 foot sailboat, the Catboat Eventide.
Our comfortable Cape Cod home was built in 1786 and is the oldest occupied home in Hyannis Port.
Our quiet neighborhood is conveniently located near two beautiful warm saltwater beaches on Nantucket sound, the Hyannis Port Post Office and the Kennedy family neighborhood. Excellent dining, shopping and entertainment is nearby on Main St., Hyannis. At the Ocean Street Docks you can go on a sightseeing cruise of Hyannis and Hyannis Port Harbors, go fishing on any of several charter or party boats or catch a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
With only six guests, we will give you excellent personal attention and service. We appreciate your interest in our B&B and hope to hear from You soon. |

Rules:
* There is a two night minimum and a three night minimum for holiday weekends.
* No split weekends. Friday and Saturday must be rented together.
* Check-in time is after 2:00 pm. Please call a day ahead to tell us when you expect to arrive.
* Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
* No cooking is allowed.
* No use of the Kitchen is allowed except eating breakfast.
* No Smoking in the house.
* Pets: Please bring your pet.
* We do not do pet-sitting.
* Pets may NOT be left unattended unless secured in a pet carrier or cage.
* Your pet MUST be house trained and taking an anti-flea medication.
* Please clean up after your pet at all times.
* Dogs MUST be kept on a leash or on a run when outside.
* Dogs MUST wear registration tag and rabies shots tag.
* Dogs are allowed on public beaches only between 4:30 PM and 8:00 AM.
Reservations:
* We will hold your reservation 5 business days based on a credit card guarantee by phone or e-mail.
* After your phone or e-mail reservation request is accepted, Please mail a deposit check for at least 50%,
* The credit card guarantee secures your reservation only for 5 business days while we await your check.
* Balance due must be paid in full upon arrival.
* We request personal checks, cash, or traveler's checks for payment of both deposit and balance due.
* Please call us one day before your arrival to confirm arrival time and breakfast preferences.
Cancellations:
* 90% of your deposit will be refunded if you notify us 2 weeks in advance that you will not be able to stay at the B&B as reserved.
* Deposits or cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival are non refundable. On shorter notice, we will make a 90% refund only if we are able to re-rent your room.
* If you arrive late or depart early for any reason, no refund will be issued .
* In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will be charged to your credit |

The Southeast master bedroom is warmly furnished with a queen size four post canopy bed with luxurious 300 count linens and fine feather pillows, antique bureau and hutch with antique books, chairs, chests, and oriental carpets. It has a fireplace.
The master bedroom connects directly to the newly renovated Delft tiled bathroom and the living room. The shower has a large bronze porthole opening pleasantly to the outside.
The front room is furnished with two twin beds, bureau, table and chairs. It has a fireplace.
The West side bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a bureau, table and a bedside table. It also has a walk-in closet.
A portable crib and a cot are available for use in any room.
The living room is furnished with a 27" cable TV, couch, chairs, antique desk, heirloom grandfather's clock.
The fireplaced living room connects to all three bedrooms and the kitchen. It has a separate outside entrance from the side of the house. |
